Sharon I. Eloranta, MD,
is a 2004-2005 George W. Merck Fellow with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, working with the perinatal innovation community, the spread initiative, and the Surgical Site Infection BTS. Prior to becoming a Fellow at IHI, Dr. Eloranta served as Vice President for Federal Programs at Qualis Health, the Medicare quality improvement organization for Alaska, Idaho and Washington state.
