you can download from this site. If you still need help after
reading this page, please contact webmaster@qualishealth.org, and we will assist you as soon as possible. Thank you.
Adobe
Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) files
To view these files you will need a pdf reader, such
as a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Free
copies of Adobe Acrobat Reader are available from the Adobe Corporation Web site.
- Additionally, Adobe
has added a pdf conversion tool that will convert pdf files to
HTML pages: access.adobe.com/onlinetools.html
- Linux users can use Xpdf which can be downloaded from foolabs.com
- For a larger list of pdf readers and tools visit PDFZone.com

links are available to assist in accessing pdf files on this
site. No endorsement of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Systems,
Inc., or
any other software, or warranty is implied or expressed.)
Recorded
Webex Meetings (.wrf)
If you have trouble playing a Webex file, you may need to install
the Webex player, which is available on the Webex
Web site (http://www.webex.com/downloads_player.html).
High
speed connections typically take less than one minute for this. If
you
are using a dial-up connection, it may take up to 20 minutes. This
is a one-time download, and future connections will be much quicker.
If
you have trouble installing the player, you may not have permission
to install programs on your computer, in which case you should contact
your IS or IT department, and they should be able to do it for you.

Audio
Recordings
Audio recordings on this site are stored as Windows Media Audio (.wma)
files, which play through the Windows Media Player. If you don not
have the Windows Media Player installed on your system already, you
can download the latest version at no cost.
If you have trouble installing the player, you may not have permission
to install programs on your computer, in which case you should contact
your IS or IT department, and they should be able to do it for you.
Minimum Requirements:
- Microsoft Windows® 98 Second Edition, Windows
2000, Windows Millennium Edition (ME), Windows XP Home Edition,
or Windows XP Professional.
(Windows 95 or Windows NT 4 users: We're sorry, but your computer
does not support Windows Media Player 9 Series. You can download
Windows Media Player 6.4 at the same download location.)
- 233
MHz processor, such as Intel Pentium II or Advanced Micro Devices
(AMD) processor
- 64 MB RAM
- 28.8 Kbps modem
- 16-bit sound card
Minimum Requirements for Pocket PCs and Handheld
PCs:
- Windows CE version 2.11
- Microsoft ActiveSync®

Still having trouble?
- If you are experiencing difficulty
after installing the Windows Media Player, you can check
if updated drivers are available for your sound card. Drivers
are programs that send information to your sound card; if the drivers
on your computer are out of date or have problems, Windows Media
Player may not be able to play sound. For more information about
installing the latest drivers, contact your sound card manufacturer.
- You
might also have more success by trying to play files again at
a different time, especially if you are attempting to play them
between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. PT. These are peak hours on the Internet,
and
high network traffic may the cause of the problem.
Sound Quality Problems?
This is most likely due to network traffic,
either on your local network or the Internet. The best thing to
do in this situation is
to try listening again later.
Assistance for AOL Users
America Online users might experience one of the following
problems while attempting to play media files from Amazon.com:
- America Online browser closes
- Connection to America Online is lost
- "Website not responding" messages appear
Should you encounter difficulties of this nature, try changing your
AOL multimedia player settings by selecting Settings, then Preferences,
then Mutlimedia. Once you've done that, de-select the “Use
the AOL Media Player for supported file types” option.
If this does not work, select Tools, then Options, then Network.
Next, select HTTP as the only method for Microsoft Windows Media
Player streaming.
